Much appreciated MO follow up that is out of my expectation and live up to their standard and quality For overall room service and arrangement is generally fine.

I tried the Oriental Mandarin veteran five-star hotel once and definitely want to try it a second time?

Luxury journey

Comparing Grand hyatt and Hong Kong, I feel that every little thing will be done, such as services and facilities, and the newly opened lounge is even more outstanding, the environment is comfortable, and the food tastes good. Among them, there are many tea time styles, and Western-style muffins are more. It's the best food in the hotel I've been to (I want to follow it when I mention it). Although the price is more expensive, it is worth a try.

Very enjoyable stay. Very good service attitude of ALL staff. The in-room three- course dinner was fine. There was also a wide choices of food and juices for the breakfast buffet. The gift birthday cake was of top quality. The only thing that I am not so happy is, the Hotel gave more special services and privileges to known Youtubers, even for those on Invitation. This made a paid customer like me not so happy.

Satisfactory room and board experience

I am very satisfied with my stay at the Executive Floor of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel. First of all, Miss Lisa from the hotel can upgrade to a sea-view room for free, and can check in as early as 11 a.m. At the same time, when the dinner menu is found to be different from the previous one, it will be corrected immediately after request. , In order to meet my requirements, it is worthy of praise.

Celebrate wedding anniversary

The service at the Mandarin Hotel is first-rate. This time I stayed in a city view room and I can see the Edinburgh square view from the side, which is very good! However, because it is Saturday and Sunday, many foreign domestic helpers occupy the streets downstairs. When shopping, the surrounding environment is a bit noisy and messy. The hotel’s dinner and breakfast are delicious. The coffee mates and tea bags are required to be delivered quickly. The waiter will put the items from the corridor into the cabinet in the room. There will be an item delivery light on the wall to indicate that the service is very considerate! The hotel gave us two boxes of hearty and red lip chocolate to celebrate our wedding anniversary. There were surprises and delicious! The Mandarin Hotel is indeed well-deserved and it is worth staying again.

nice stay, the steak was juz ok, but excellent service. hotel gave us a birthday cake but waited 2 hrs, I guess it was a peak day but in general, happy with the stay.

Great price but I was disappointed on several occasion. 1. Shiseido skincare kit was timed exclusive. Did not mention this during the booking. 2. Nice to have some complimentary chocolate for our. anniversary stay but I mentioned on several occation that I wanted to have everything ready before my wife arrived. Called several times to have the choco delivered sooner. 3. Buffet breakfast was quite a disaster. Arrived at 930 to find the lineup extremely long. Did not cutoff the line and warn us in advance that we might not make breakfast as food will be gone by 1030. Finally got a seat by 1010 but many of the food items did not restock. On the plus side, the room was beautiful and extremely grand.

Second time staycation at MO in 2 months. As completely satisfied as last time. The bath tub and shower within the same cubicle is an excellent layout, making it so easy to switch. The memorable experience was made even more memorable with the remarkable dinner at Cafe Causette and the breakfast at Clipper Lounge. The range of fruit juice was unmatched in no other hotels.

The hotel room is super clean. The staffs are responsive to our needs. The room service is fit to customer's requirement and needs. We ordered two room service meal, including the breakfast and dinner. Both meals came at the time we required, which were 11am and 10pm respectively. The service is considerate. The hotel even lend us the macbook adaptor. Thank you.

Strat from stepped into the hotel lobby, the fragrances of the hotel was so nice and fresh. Although this hotel building has aged a lot but it wouldn’t tell from its out look. Further, while entering into the room, I was surprised by the design of the room. The toilet layout, the wooden space of the sleeping area and also the working desk site. The room mainly view to the statue park and partially view the Victoria Bay. It was beautiful at night when the talk buildings surrounding with light on. Love the bath tub as it is deeper the usual one. Had had a wonderful onsen bath from my stay. Other than room, the hotel staffs services are so called perfect and foods from the restaurants are all wonderful. Surely will go back again one day!

Great service

Service was professional and servers were polite. Room was clean and tiny. The air in the lobby and hallway had a pleasure smell, but that disappeared in the room though. Overall, it was a great experience.

Fabulous staycation in Mandarin Oriental Hotel, we celebrated our anniversary and got gorgeous chocolates. As a fan of M.O., we got the welcome gift of a small chocolate box. In advance emailed to the restaurant, and they managed us to dine in the Cafe Causette and got window seat. Really valuable for the staycation package in Mandarin Oriental Hotel.

First staycation and very satisfied! I chose the statue view room because, as far as I could see, guaranteed the marble bathroom. This was a must since spas were closed I wanted to recreate one for myself in the bathroom. Although dinner dining was available again, we still opted for the in-room meal for novelty but the steak arrived overcooked and cold. So if given the option again, I would have the meal in the restaurant. We stayed on a Friday, so early/late check in/out is not guaranteed, but we managed to check in at 11am.

A classy hotel with excellent service! With its history and fame the MO is a classic gem in town. Our room was very comfortable and well decorated with unique art. The room faces the courtyard so the view at night was amazing. In room dining service was great, food was delicious and of a good portion, we especially enjoyed the desserts (which is typically their signature) and the champagne! We tried a la carte breakfast in the morning and food was of high quality! We stayed for 24 hours and the staff was super attentive to our requests. Vivian L. at the concierge is extremely helpful, we deeply appreciated it. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much!

Stayed in Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong again and again since last year Oct and saw the changes which is acceptable as the survival of hotel industry is not easy nowadays. Yet I would like to see more veggie options on the set menu :p

It’s a fantastic staycation under Mandarin Oriental Hotel. The hotel celebrates our wedding anniversary, we got a free upgraded ,cheesecake & chocolates. Very commemorative experience with that such beautiful Hotel. But that would be better if hotel could provide a tablecloth on the dining table. Only two thousand something dollars could enjoined in room dining and breakfast buffet are really valuable! Thank you so much Mandarin Oriental Hotel. Looking forward to come again soon. ?

It’s the best staycation I ever had. Room is spacious and staff are nice. They are very thoughtful for the kids , every sharp corners of furniture are kids proof, and the kids are given a separate set of lotion , bath and toothpaste and brush . The in room dinning is nice too. Our package allowed us to stay 32 hours , made it value for money . P.S. got a free upgrade to the suite which was a great surprise!

This stay was to celebrate the retirement of my sister. She enjoyed the day very much. The view overlooking Statue Square was great and relaxing. The package was a deal as we could stay in the hotel for 32 hours. It was a pity that the pool and gym were closed. Dinner had to be served in-room. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was a staycation of surprises, joys and luck. While standing in a check-in queue line, we were requested to go up to the Club on 23/F with a shorter queue and more comfortable wait. We joined the MO membership and then we were offered a significant upgrade to a corner suite which was probably twice the size of a deluxe room. So spacious indeed. The diptyque spa experience was soothing and entirely memorable. The shower cubicle was probably the best in Hong Kong, with three spray heads - two adjustable and one hand-held. It was very spacious and there was a bench for resting while one could let the warm water spray all over the body. Dinner served in room was high quality, however, just lukewarm with the hot dishes. After a most comfortable sleep on a most comfortable bed, the body and mind were completely refreshed with an excellent breakfast with abundant choices served in the adorable Mandarin Grill (another upgrade luck with the Clipper Lounge about full at the time). One thing that could and should be improved was the bath tub. With no handle bar inside the big tub, particularly when filled with water, it may be sometimes tedious to get up and out, or even slipped back into the water. The reception service was perfect, and so was my luck. Initially, wanted to reserve a table at the Man Wah Restaurant on the date of departure (Jan 31) , We were informed that the restaurant was not opened yet due to renovation that was about to complete. Reception later called back saying Man Wan would open the day after (Feb 1), but still would check whether a pre-opening catering could be arranged. Later, a third conversation confirmed my continuing luck with the staycation, ending perfectly with a perfect lunch at the perfectly newly renovated venue. With a table by the window, we had magnificent views overlooking half of the Victoria Harbour, the City Hall, the Court of Final Appeal, the Bank of China and other historical buildings.

The staycation at mandarin oriental is price worthy. It included afternoon tea, Breakfast and in room dinner. Although the afternoon tea portion is a bit less than expected.

We had an amazing experience for our stay. Everything was took care perfectly, birthday cake, wine, dinners etc. Absolutely will come back for another occasion. Highly recommend if you want a luxury getaway.

We had an amazing experience in staying at Mandarin Orientals, they gave a great services, the room is big and very clean, we upgraded to seaview room and the view is so nice. Dinner was really good. We enjoyed a lot of buffet breakfast (highly recommended). Received a box of homemade chocolate for our wedding anniversary that make us so impressed.

it was a grand experience and the view was gorgeous! love the bathroom! our package included dinner, breakfast and rose petal bath. it was a shame we couldn't have buffet breakfast at clipper lounge but we were able to order alot of food to have inside the room. there were some miscommunication with the staff regarding breakfast and having name on the birthday cake. note to self, need to request a room on a higher floor earlier in order to have an even better view. and it would probably be quieter higher up.

appreciated for the good communication between staff and customers. though most of the facilities were closed due to government policy, nice services and fine people make you feel comfortable and trustworthy to stay. recommended.

nice staycation trip

I arrived at the hotel early to check in. Fortunately, the staff said that the room was ready for immediate check-in. Thank you very much to Ms. Macy Lo for being polite and very fast when checking in and checking out for us. The information to be provided to us is also very complete. (When I checked out, I saw her helping to teach newcomers very patiently and carefully) The other staff were also very patient in answering questions!! The food was delivered on time and it was delicious. Thank you for the small cake provided by the hotel to celebrate your birthday. It is very delicious!!

We had a great at MO the staff are brilliant. Our is room is beautiful and we had a nice view over Victoria harbour and statue square. We had a 3 course vegetarian dinner meal which was good and food at the buffet breakfast was very good. The staff was attentive. Overall, a very good experience, I will certainly come back and stay here again.

Service: all staff (reception, room service, cafe causette) were nice and helpful; great service! Room: very cozy and comfortable; had a really good sleep. Bathroom was spacious. Food: food tasted great, had a good deal of choices of food for room service. Location: very convenient as it is very near to MTR station; there are also shopping centres nearby.

Another fantastic staycation at MO. Special thanks to Bonita Cheung for her kind thoughtfulness and her exceptional hospitality towards me and my family. She had gone the extra mile and arranged for a tent, colouring activities with my LO’s favourite cartoon characters and DVDs to keep her entertained. My LO was also welcomed with an Elsa puzzle made out of cookies. Such a sweet personalised treat! The lady who served as at Cafe Causette was also extremely friendly and polite. Afternoon tea was delightful and the 3 course set dinner was not bad (the menu options could be improved). Nonetheless MO will always be one of my top choices for a staycation!

Stayed for a night and both the service and the hardware are better than expected despite the older infrastructure. We spent a day with my husband and young son. They’ve attentively set up a pram and hazard proof the room with stickers and so on. Furthermore they have set up a bathtub and provided cute amenities for the baby. Really appreciate the effort.

Perfect staycation with my husband! We have booked a city view suite and the bathtub is really amazing with the magnificent view. We did have a good time in MO, service was good and staff were attentive.

Celebrating daughter's birthday

The suite room is so big and there is enough space. The bathroom is so big, beautiful and noble, the hotel service is absolutely 5 stars ?? The buffet is so rich and fresh in the morning and evening, will come again!

This is my 2nd time going for staycation in this hotel. Nice experience as previous, the staff give you a ‘no more no less’ just made service. Most impressive is they use Whatsapp for housekeeping requests. Very efficient & precise indeed.

nice experience with breakfast, tea and dinner included. yet very noisy with kids running around, yelling and screaming upstairs. pillows and bed are too soft despite we have changed to foam pillows. overall the suite is nice with bathroom overlooking harbour view.

first rate service

The service attitude is first-rate. Regardless of the housekeeping sister, the services of the Clipper Lounge, and the staff in the lobby, I feel that I have been taken care of! At night, when we clocked in in the lobby, the waiters all offered to take pictures for us, very considerate! The hardware and software are very good! But the overall performance is still much better than the one facing the sea!

great price on klook. but hotel food is quite appalling given the price paid. 3 meals included in the package. no amenities can be used due to give restrictions. but gotten a free upgrade to harbour view which was nice.

This time I live in the suite, the environment is very good, the toilet is huge, and there are cloakrooms and hallways. Although most of the hotel facilities cannot be used due to the epidemic, the service is first-rate, and there is a cocktail class to pass the time. It is not wrong that the people in the room are waiting for meals.
