A very quiet relaxing staycation with superlative Chinese dinner and sumptuous breakfast

The room was clean and the view was great. Hospitality could be improved though. The afternoon set at The Tiffin was a delight especially the scones and the pretty cakes with petals on top.

Loved the view from the room although it was right on top of the Convention Centre. Dinner buffet and breakfast buffet were included. The breakfast was especially nice with a wide variety of continental and Asian dishes. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. We got to use the gym too. Great experience.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The buffet dinner was much better than I expected. Breakfast was good as well. Will certainly come back again. A little bit noisy from the construction outside.

Weekend staycation

Rooms are clean and tidy, excellent staff with good attention to details, efficient room service, breakfast and dinner at Grissini are of great value for price. Overall a very enjoyable experience!

30 hours was ample time, food and beverage decent and service levels high. Pool closed but lots of sun and sun chairs open for use.

Received a bottle of sparkling wine, chocolate cake for anniversary. Surprised. Tiffin offers outstanding buffet, wellington beef, oysters, crab are highlighted. Breakfast is good, combination of western and Chinese cuisines. Sea view is amazing, only problem is the temperature. 22 C in the control panel feels like 27 C in the room. Waked in the middle of the night.

What a great deal! We can’t ask for more on a 30 hours stay with this stunning sea view! Things we love 1.Superb Room -The room is obviously great! Huge bathroom with bath tub and an entire habour view to ourselves! 2.Great service - The service is amazing. They sent staff to help us install Apple TV device and so we could watch Netflix! 3.Well equipped gym - We are lucky that gym is finally reopened and the gym is really impressive! You could easily spend over 2 hours there for sure! Things that could be better: Afternoon tea - the view is block by renovations outside and the food itself is not as good as expected. So as the complimentary coffee. The takeaway tea set I tried last Christmas was better than their dine in version, which is rather disappointing as we are paying more for dining in!

We enjoyed the stay at Grand Haytt. Great service, awesome scenery and nice room. My kid loves to play in the playground. Buffet at Tiffin is great. Food quality is good and pleasant service. Just the noise from the nearby construction site is no good.

We had a satisfying 30-hour stay with high quality of cuisine and enjoyed the amenities in the hotel. Despite foggy weather, the harbour view was nice in the spacious room.

The room service is great! Staff responded quickly to provide pillow/ yoga mat/ utensils for us. We had Chinese menu and they served the dishes separately so that the food won’t get cold! Family loved the children’s playground and there were beautiful spots for photos :)

It’s definitely worth paying extra 220HKD to upgrade the room to harbour view room! The view is super good! The room is better than expected, very large and kept in good conditions. The dinner is now served inside the room and all the food are delicious, especially their bread! The hotel is very nice and helped us to decorate the room and treat us cake and Prosecco for our anniversary. Highly recommended!

Comfortable hotel, pleasant dining

The environment of the hotel is very good, Grissini dinner is very good, it is a package without sea view.

We upgraded to a bigger room, for the view - all worth it!! Love the staff here, very chatty just like me, lol and feels like home. Very thoughtful of Grand Hyatt for making a special gesture on taking a birthday photo - top marks, we will be coming back very soon.

Good service, sanitary environment and well equipped

We went with 2 children. The hotel's service was very attentive. In addition to the two children's gift bags from the front desk on the left, there are ice cream rolls exchanged in the room, and there are all children's toothbrushes, toothpaste, bathrobes and indoor slippers in the room. The children are very satisfied. One of the children’s birthday, as long as the remarks are written, there is also a small birthday cake to give away. The food is good, especially the buffalo cheese. Those who love cheese should not miss it! Breakfast buffet style, fresh choices, and good food ?Summary system is very satisfied

Sea view room is phenomenal but there’s construction going out there. Quite distracting during morning and afternoon. Grissini’s dishes overall quite good except the pasta texture was slightly thick and tasted soso.

Had a staycation at this quiet and comfortable hotel. The dinner and breakfast are great. Also, it allows us to stay for 24 hours. Definitely worth it!

Although it is not possible to eat dinner in a restaurant because of the epidemic, it is as comfortable as serving food to the room. And the food was still hot when it was delivered.

Happy birthday

The service is attentive and the rooms are decorated with surprises. A birthday cake was arranged for dinner.

We booked this package for a relaxing 1-night stay. We arrived slightly earlier than expected but they managed to get us the room :) we paid extra $220 (10% service charge included) for an upgrade to a sea view room. The dinner provided was great and we especially loved the dessert (chestnut tea) so much. The breakfast buffet was satisfying as well. We would recommend this to friends.

Very nice hotel with the best view. The food in Japanese restaurant has made my day for sure. However, the swimming pool is a bit packed and with a short opening hours. In general, I would love to visit the hotel again.

Nice harbour view from the room. Definitely recommend the dinner place. High quality and easily one of the best Chinese cuisine and dessert place in Hong Kong. Breakfast buffet was decent. Love the birthday treat and surprise from the hotel.

This is a great deal at Grand Hyatt HK. the hotel has wonderful view of the Victoria Harvor, and the staff is very attentive, and just generally very good service. Worth visiting even when the pool and gym are closed.
